We advise and support our clients since 2009 with in-depth expertise on their path to a sustainable future
Large-scale PV systems as integrated solutions
From planning to ongoing operation – all from a single source
We help you realize large-scale photovoltaic systems as holistic solutions.
300-500 MW system-stabilizing generation capacity including storage, grid services & security of supply.
Instead of individual components, we offer a perfectly coordinated overall system – economical, scalable, and future-proof.
Founded in 2009, K&L has been active as a pioneer in the then still very small photovoltaic sector since 2010.
In the early years, we focused primarily on Austria, and later expanded to southern countries such as Spain, Italy, and Greece due to the high solar yields.
In 2014, despite the very challenging bureaucratic hurdles, we became the first Austrian company to successfully construct a 500 kWp ground-mounted photovoltaic system north of Thessaloniki for an Austrian investor in Greece.
Currently, large-scale photovoltaic systems with BESS (Balanced Energy Supply System) are more relevant than ever for municipalities to ensure energy security, as well as for international financial and project developers. We are delighted to contribute our many years of experience to this innovative environment and are happy to answer any questions you may have as consultants.
Our large-scale photovoltaic systems are ideally suited for:
- Industrial and commercial enterprises
- Agricultural businesses
- Investors and project developers
- Municipalities and energy suppliers
Healthy and Sustainable Living Spaces
Tradition Meets Modernity and Innovation
Together with our partner, the Carinthian company WEISSENSEER Holz Systembau GmbH, which has been in business for generations, we plan and build single-family and terraced houses/detached houses in timber construction throughout Austria, with a focus on Vienna and the surrounding area. These low-energy houses represent a sustainable investment in a healthy living environment.
Timber houses have experienced a boom in recent years and are enjoying increasing popularity. Besides their natural living atmosphere, they are particularly appealing due to their excellent environmental credentials. The use of wood is both modern and steeped in tradition, and timber houses also boast significant resource conservation. Although timber houses have been built for centuries, processing, technology, and appearance are constantly evolving, with sustainability, the responsible use of resources, and energy efficiency becoming increasingly important.
What makes a wooden house special: its building material is universally applicable. From single-family homes to extravagant, trendsetting residential sculptures or high-rises, almost any type of house can be realized with a wooden house, making it particularly suitable for environmentally conscious homeowners who want to live in a healthy indoor climate.
