We advise companies / public authorities on their path to a sustainable future
Expertise in large-scale PV systems, both domestically and internationally, since 2010.
We specialize in large-scale photovoltaic projects and focus on emerging technologies such as battery energy storage solutions (BESS).
Through our extensive network of investors and EPC contractors, we find tailored financing solutions for our clients and support them in the energy transition for sustainable infrastructure within their companies, ensuring transparency, trust, and long-term operational sustainability.

Our goal is a sustainable future and shared success
We contribute our expertise in renewable energies and the energy transition, securing equity, financing, and debt capital for our clients’ projects, specializing in large-scale PV systems starting at 100 MW and BESS battery storage solutions starting at 1,000 MWh.
To drive investments and sustainable infrastructure projects, we advise our clients on customized financing strategies, from structuring equity capital to securing loans. We support project developers and companies in financing their projects, addressing individual challenges and strategically pursuing the desired goals for sustainable success. We bring investors from our network into the projects and assist with their implementation.

BESS – the energy technology building block for efficiency, security of supply, and cost savings
Battery energy storage systems (BESS) are a crucial component of the energy transition and enable a continuous supply of renewable energy. PV project developers and investors are highly interested in BESS solutions for the following reasons:
- Allows the integration of solar energy even when no decentralized feed-in is taking place
- Buffer for voltage fluctuations, frequency stability, and peak loads
- Can provide energy at short notice in the event of a fault or restart the grid
- Reduces peak loads – avoids expensive peak energy from the grid
- Maximizes self-consumption – self-generated electricity (PV) is not sold to the grid but used on-site
- Feed-in is controlled at the best possible hourly rate – significantly higher return on investment
>> According to Fraunhofer ISE, for example, Germany needs a storage capacity of 178 GWh by 2040 to achieve the German government’s climate targets. Less than 2 GWh was installed by the end of 2022.
